(These are some of the things I believe)

I BELIEVE the Bible, the Old and New Testament Scriptures are inspired by God, and inerrant in the original writing. Scripture is the supreme and final authority in faith and life. Scripture is useful to believers for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness.

I BELIEVE in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

​

I BELIEVE in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, and in His ascension to the right hand of the Father.

​

I BELIEVE that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated from God. Only through faith, trusting in Christ alone for salvation, which was made possible by His death and resurrection, are we reconciled to God.

​

I BELIEVE the Holy Spirit was sent by God to convict the world of sin and to regenerate, sanctify, indwell, comfort, and seal forever those who place their trust in Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit baptizes every believer into the Body of Christ at the moment of salvation.

I BELIEVE in the eternal life of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost.

I BELIEVE Jesus Christ will come again to the earth in power and glory both personally and visibly – to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.

I BELIEVE in the existence of Satan: who originally was created a holy and perfect being, but through pride and wicked ambition rebelled against God, thus becoming utterly depraved in character, the great adversary of God and His people, leader of all other evil angels and wicked spirits, the deceiver and god of this present world. His power is vast, but limited by the permissive will of God who overrules all his wicked devices for good. He has been defeated and judged at the cross, and his final doom is certain. We are able to resist and overcome him by putting on the whole armor of God, by the blood of the Lamb and through the power of the Holy Spirit.

I BELIEVE marriage is an institution ordained by God. It is the union of one man and one woman in a commitment for a lifetime. Marriage is a gift from God and He provides the framework for intimate companionship, sexual expression, and the means of procreation of the human race. It also displays the relationship between Christ and His Church.
